「理想の上司」とはどんなものか。書店には「理想の上司になれる本」や「理想の上司へのステップ」など理想の上司になるためのハウツー本が並ぶ。それだけ理想の上司を目指す人が多いということだろう。
今年の新入社員が描く理想の上司像で最も多かったのは「寛容型」だった。三菱ＵＦＪリサーチ＆コンサルティングがセミナーを受講した新人１３００人に聞いた結果だ。 職業生活を始めるにあたって不安を抱える新入社員だからこそ、失敗しても広い心で許してくれる上司を求めているということだろう。——–
